- Coordinating and ensuring a smooth breakfast, lunch and evening service in our restaurant and tea lounge in compliance with the specified standards
- Preparing the daily mise-en-place
- Professional care of our guests at the highest level as well as personal, guest-oriented advice
- Preparation of non-alcoholic cold and hot drinks
- Responsible for orders and cleanliness in the back office
Qualifications & Competences
- Experience from a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry
- Good communication skills to explain the Chenot-Methode®
- Very good spoken & written English, any other foreign language as an advantage
- Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as split-shifts
- Positive charisma & host qualities: Service at the highest level is your passion
- Structured and organised work & ability to work under pressure: You maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- Team player with positive charisma: You help your colleagues and you are proactively engaged
