• Independently managing a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
• Preparing and producing high-quality dishes to a 14-point GaultMillau standard
• Involvement in menu planning
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP
