We are looking for a professional and a motivated team of Indian Chef/Chefin, specialised in Northern Indian Cuisine (curries, tandoor, regional specialities) with an additional experience of Asian and European kitchen.
Your Duties
- Provide Authentic taste of Indian cuisine
- mise en place and prepare ala carte menu.
- Compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Keep working areas clean and up to standards.
- Inventory control and ordering.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of working experience.
- At least 1 years of working experience in Europe "Highly preferred".
- Very flexible and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
- English language is a MUST. German is always a Plus.
