Position Overview:
Hotel Silberhorn & Spa, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable A la carte Chef (m/f/d) to join our team for the current summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent management and organization of your kitchen station
- Preparation and execution of the daily mise en place
- Creative processing and presentation of high-quality products
- Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
- Coordinating with the kitchen team during service
- Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ or equivalent)
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills
- German language skills; additional languages are welcome
- Enjoyment of varied tasks and working in a team
- Passion for the hotel and gastronomy industry
