Your Mission:

At the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, Housekeeping is the heart of our property. With 150 rooms and suites, 30 residences, staff housing, and magnificent public areas, we set benchmarks in alpine luxury hospitality. As Housekeeping Director, you are the strategic mind behind this demanding task. You lead the department with foresight, a calm demeanor, and an impeccable eye for aesthetics. In this key position, you report directly to the EAM Rooms Division and bear overall responsibility for the Housekeeping department (approx. 50–80 employees):


  • Departmental Leadership & Vision: You oversee the entire aesthetic of the rooms and ensure that Forbes, LQA, and our internal quality standards are not just met, but lived as industry benchmarks.
  • Management Leadership: You lead and coach the Housekeeping Manager and the Laundry Manager, who oversee daily operations. Together, you continuously develop and elevate the departments.
  • Staff Infrastructure & Residence Management: You hold overarching responsibility for the administration and quality standards of the various staff houses and accommodations. Furthermore, you act as a confident and excellent point of contact for the guests of our exclusive residences.
  • Financial Management: You are responsible for the department's budget, monitor labor costs (P&L), coordinate purchasing, and plan capital expenditures for renovations or new acquisitions.
  • Interface Management: You work closely with the Engineering (Maintenance), Laundry, and Front Office departments to guarantee a seamless and frictionless guest journey.
  • Sustainability & Innovation: You implement ecologically sustainable cleaning concepts and drive the digitalization of workflows within Housekeeping.
  • Talent Development: You are responsible for long-term personnel planning, recruiting for key positions, and nurturing talent within your large, international team.
